2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pinch dill
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoon smoked garlic
1 teaspoon minced onions
2-3 pounds shrimp (shelled)

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 –5 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
3/4 cup bbq sauce not sweet—good stuff
Wood chips
3 cups of wood chips

To make Sam’s Marinade, mix in a bowl 1/2 cup bbq sauce and all other ingredients
Split marinade into two parts 3/4 and 1/4
Place 3/4 of marinate into a large bowl, add shrimp
Marinate shrimp for 5-8 minutes
Soak your wood chips for 10 minutes and get out your
Smoker Pro.
Using a grilling plate with holes; try Sam’s Fish and Kabob Grilling Tray, Spay with Pam.
Place your shrimp on the grilling plate.
To the remaining 1/4 marinade add the 1/4 cup bbq sauce
Brush on mixture on shrimp continuously while grilling
On medium-low wood grill & smoke your shrimp until pink all way though
You can do low and slow smoking if you want.
